    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m also having this error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;performed printhead cleaning and now will not turn on again. I have also unplugged from the wall. No idea what this code means, and user manual doesn’t mention it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ImagePROGRAF iPF785 - Error Code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been getting quite a few error codes upon turning my plotter on each day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Newest error code is: 03800500-2F47&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tells me to turn off plotter and then turn back on. I did this numerous times over the last several days and all it did was drain my ink cartridges! I have changed the print head and the maintenance tray and have now had to add new ink cartridges.&amp;nbsp; Still getting the error and nothing online about solving this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer any advice/information?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
