Adobe creator tool properties information for Canon iR-ADV 6555

I am in need of some help. I have some documents that I need to verify how the creator tool properties metadata is gained. The creator tool is listed as printer Canon iR-ADV 6555 PDF.

I have done some research, but I would like any input if anyone has any. Does this get produced if the document is emailed directly to the printer? Is there any other way this creator tool could be produced?
