Sometimes when I use 44" heavier paper like hahmemuhle photo pearl 320&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the machine stops printing and tells me it has run out of paper long before the roll is used up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to correct this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bubaris25,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you use the AM1x file from Hahnemuhle to update your imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 and the printer driver for the Hahnemuhle Photo Pearl 320 media? If so, please make sure the paper is tight on the roll. If there is slack in the media, the printer thinks the paper has run out because it is loose. If this doesn't resolve the problem, let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
