    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have replaced a print head on our iPF6100 but it still says it needs to be replaced. I ran an A and B cleaning cycle, even though I didn't think that was needed. Still getting the same message to replace the print head that is brand new. Any idea on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
