    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually you can't solve this problem without the frameware file for install it on the printer via USB memory this mean install the old version offline.&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately you can't get the file online. you should be get it from&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Authorized Agent in you country.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The printer requested an update to a new version; however, as I began the upgrade, the power was cut off. After that, the printer's screen displayed the recuperating massage with a blue screen for an extended period of time without reacting.
