C5540i Scan Multiple Pages and Save Them as Separate PDFs

I will like to know if C5540i can do this functions because I want to improve the PO and invoice efficiency process.

1. Automate document feeding and scan both sides of a page at once.

2. Scan multiple pages and save them as separate PDFs

3. Use OCR function to extract data from the scanned documents (e.g., Company name, PO number or invoice number) to save into company email.

4. Is it possible for the 3# that is the scan copy to store attachment into Smartsheet or MVPone directly.

I already tried the OCR option it didn't pick company name or PO, wouldn't create multiple pages for pdf. Can you kind me. Thanks
