IR-ADV 527 can't fax out: Error 19496458844

Hello,

One of our IR-ADV 527 printers can't send outgoing fax.

The TX Report is showing Error 19496458844 when they try to fax out.

We power cycled the printer for 30 seconds
On the printer's web server the Fax status is green
The print function is working for end users and from the printer's web server
On the web server I've entered the fax number in Function Settings > Send > Set Line

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
