Hi,

I've had my Pro 2100 for over a year now and have been printing only on self adhesive matte vinyl. Today while doing my first print I was seeing streaks of black ink on the edge and throughout the print in lines etc. Steps I've taken so far was:

Deep cleaning on all printheads
Clean platen
Changing all types of settings of paper (thickness, vacuum, head height)
Removing paper
Cut dust reduction on
Cleaning output guide

But still no luck. Any recommendations of what I should do?

To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know the exact model of the printer you have. We have a few with those numbers so please take a look at the front and top of your printer, the full name should be listed there!
