imagePRESS C650 - Unable to Print via Network

I have Canon Imagepress C650, I was getting "FF" on the PC attached to the Printer so I removed the PC and have connected the network cable directly to the printer with a static IP of my network. Now, I can scan over the network but cant print over the network. I tried downloading UFR v3 but the printer is not showing up in UFR application also. Please help me to sort this out.

I get error while printing and you may see it on the screenshot above. Please help me.
