Hello Canon Community!

I have been working w/ Canons for almost 13 years now and am having an issue that I cannot seem to figure out so as a last resort, I am asking this forum.

I have two C5870s among my fleet and for some reason, one of these machines does not present a logout button when I log in as an admin. The MFD is fully functional in all aspects but when accessing it as an admin, I type in my credentials but when the time comes to logout, there is no option under the Administrator name. The way around this is to press the Energy Saver button, putting the machine to sleep, then waking it back up. At that time, I will be logged out.

I have tried everything I can think of but there must be some setting deep down that is controlling this.

Can anyone share what that setting may be or present options to try? It's been a month and I'm out of ideas.
