I have been having an issue with printing photos, mainly see it more on full print photos and not as much on certain photos (although they are still there but not as noticeable)

Does anyone have any solution to this problem?

My printer is brand new and since day one I can not get this printer to print properly. I have played with paper and print quality setting and almost everything I have researched. I need help!
