    <description>&lt;P&gt;An office I assist has a Canon IPF780 poster printer and it prints jobs but sends the user an error that is entitled “cannot acquire status”. The message that follows is about the ink levels and making sure the unit is plugged in, it’s on the network, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked through device manager of the software has any updates - it did not and said I was using the correct version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;you can still get the ink info at the printer but I would like to stop the error if possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
