topic IPF6400S Print head problem in Production Printing

<P>I have been using my IPF6400S to print mostly canvases for about 5 years. I have an error message telling me to replace the left print head. I have tried two new ones and both show the same error message. "Open the cover and replace the left print head." I do not think the replacements are original Canon parts, even though they have a Canon label.</P>
