Moving my imageprograf pro6100

I am moving my Canon Imageprograf pro 6100 and the instructions Canon supplies seem like their missing some steps.

I go to home screen tap maintenance - move - outside and follow the steps

remove ink tanks - It prompted me to replace the maintenance tank and so i did. Now the screen says ink tank improperly installed. It had me remove them all so what's up with that. The print head is right next to the right/home screen area.

Is there more to it?
