Canon imagepress C 700 B4 error

I have a canon imagepress C 700 purchased used. Im constantly geeting an Error code on the panel, jam at B4 most of the time. When I open the B4 door, there is usually 1 sheet ju hanging there not moving on to the next area. Tried letter size and tabloid size, different trays and the manual tray, different paper wts. Wiped the area with a cloth. It will do it in as few as 1 copy or sometimes I'll get 20 or so copeis before it stops.

Had a service tech installe and he looked the machine. His rate min. $300, he was there about 45mins.

Any suggestions?
