Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imagePROGRAF iPF8400SE is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

Hope this helps!

Canon iPF8400se - Track Marks

Looking for recommendations! Recently our Canon iPF8400se has been experiencing track marks. They seem to be mainly at the beginning of the print if we hold the paper down as it comes out. Otherwise, they carry down the whole print.

I have run the print head cleaning and also manually cleaned the print head which was just replaced a few months ago and suspect that the issue lies with these white rollers pictured below. We have cleaned the rollers and it still continues.

The track marks seem to only be an issue on our vinyl as we have run the same job on photo paper and there were no issues. We still have yet to test our larger roll of vinyl and matte paper, but it is on the to-do list. Suggestions would be much appreciated!
