I installed Canon MF Scan Utility under macOS Big Sur 11.6 system. I can print over network and scan via USB (with MF Toolbox), but I can't set up scanner over network in MF Scan Utility. Under Bonjour connection, the scanner doesn't show. Under IP connection, message shows "cannot find the specified scanner" after IP address is input. IP address is in the format of 010.000.XXX.XXX and is viewed in printer's LCD display which I am sure is correct.

Please advise a solution. Thanks Canon community!

Have you tried Image Capture or Preview? Sometimes Canon's software is a bit cranky.

Then you might have to try VueScan from Hamrick software.
