Can the Canon MX922 be set up to run off two different networks at the sametime. I have two different modems and have to reset the printer whenever I change networks.

No. This is beyond the printers capability.

Option. Put printer on LAN segment of shared vLAN if your network has this capability. If both networks can see the vLAN, both will be able to print.
