    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;So I keep having issues with the scanner function on my new printer. Whenever I try to scan it will start scanning and then I will get this error message about halfway through:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15334i23677AE14971A2D2/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Error Message.PNG" title="Error Message.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="3"&gt;I know the connection is fine because I can print without issue and I can also make copies without issue. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
