    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;Hi drakool,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;If the power and alarm lights are alternating 21 times, that indicates an internal error.&amp;nbsp; Resetting the unit often resolves the issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;If the paper output tray is closed, open it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Turn the printer off.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;When the printer is completely off (no lights, screen is blank) unplug the unit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Press the power button 4-5 times.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Leave the printer off for at least 5 minutes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Plug the printer in and turn it on.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class="western"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;If the error persists, your printer may require service.       <title>MG2920 is not connecting to the router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a PIXIMA MG2920 that can no longer connect to the router. Both power and alarm LEDs are flashing for around 21 times. I tried to diagnose the error through the diagnosis utility while connecting the printer through a USB cable but it wasn't detected. Please, advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Drakool&lt;/P&gt;</description>
