    <description>&lt;P&gt;You won't believe what the issue was...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the printer and the router hooked up to the same electrical socket with a power strip...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ran a cable to another power outlet - problem solved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;MX494 PIXMA - firmware up to date&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mac OS X latest version&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Timecapsule Airport&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;DRX setting Inactive&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Access control OFF&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Able to connect to network, but it shuts off after a time. Shows on OS X, but printer doesn't respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I literally am NEVER able to get this printer to work... and the rare occasions when it HAS worked, it disconnects after a a few seconds, minutes, hours, or days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HOW do I make it work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've also tried setting up with an iPhone, nothing works. Literally nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;When I print network settings, it as an IPv4 and IPv6 address... but nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>And after a while, it just disconnects and shows an X on the wifi logo. This printer is IMPOSSIBLE!</description>
