      <title>Cannot install drivers, printer stuck offline.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently received a Canon PIXMA MX922 and tried connecting it to the laptop I am currently using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Acer Aspire 3810TZ &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;running &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Windows Vista Home x64&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;First the printer was stuck offline and then after deleting the printer, I was unable to install the drivers. Stuck on &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Cleaning Up Shortcuts &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;before ultimately failing. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Appreciate any feedback.
