Can't get printer wifi network to show up on my phone

Power button and wifi button on printer keep blinking. Wouldn't stop after ink cartridges were installed like it said it would. I'm guessing that's why I can't find my wifi network. Don't know what to do to fix it. I powered everything on and off several times and kept removing ink and paper

hello all... i have a g4210 CANON printer...recently changed the wifi password and now i cannot print from my phone. I have gone thru the installation process twice...
