hi, I am new here and need some help, I did a system restore on my laptop and then wanted to re-load the printer sofwear, Pixma mx452, I put in the cd and could not get it to apply the softwear to the computer. I tried to remove the cd but the draw will not open, tried every method short of taking the pc apart. So my question for now is, can I download the set up information online. thanks in advance for any help.
