I agree canon support is of little to no help. Not even close to solving my problem trying share a Canon printer connected to my router. Will go with a company that knows how to write network software (HP, Epson, Brother, etc.) next time. Got seduced by the nice color prints but not a useful shared printer.

Have had mg 2900 for awhile, just changed my provider, so, I have anew router. Nightmare to get the printer to work.

It will print from emails etc., scan , but will not print directly from my computer. It recognises the printer etc.,

I have emailed the support team, but, other than astandard installation email reply, which didn't help, have had no further help, even tho I emailed tham again with the problem, any suggestions ,except throwing it out the window
