    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are able to ping the printer on your network the issue may be related to a firewall or anti-spyware utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please temporarily disable your firewall software. &amp;nbsp;Then download and install the latest drivers from our website to see if the printer can be detected during the driver setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had the printer for some time. It goes offline a lot and we've just lived with it.&amp;nbsp; Since moving to Win8/10 seems worse.&amp;nbsp; Decided to reinstall all drivers/reconfig printer using static IP.&amp;nbsp; Printer is on network.&amp;nbsp; Ping from PC to printer works fine.&amp;nbsp; Driver won't detect printer.&amp;nbsp; Both are on same network....not sure what else to try...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
