Please help! I've spent all morning trying to set up my new PIXMA IX6820 wireless printer. I can't get the computer to detect the printer wirelessly. I've changed the settings in my Norton 360 firewall, adding the device and setting it to "total trust." I have a Verizon Fios router and have tried adding it that way, but no luck. The router is on and our computers--a desktop and a laptop--are both connected to the internet, so that's not the problem. Any other ideas?
