Hi! I just got upgraded equipment with a new wireless account and password. My wireless password contains a number symbol (#), and I can't figure out how to input that on the keyboard. And without that symbol, the printer cannot access my wifi. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not help me. I can toggle between upper case, lower case, and numbers, but I can't get to symbols. My password has a "#" in it.

I figured it out. You need to press the "symbols" button repeatedly, and it will change to a variety of symbols, not just the star/asterisk. Internet is now connected.
