      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IJ Scan Utility program for the MX722 is only able to be used on compatible Windows or Mac OSX computers. &amp;nbsp;Please install the printer on a compatible computer in order to scan with the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a compatible computer is not available, you can also use our free PIXMA Printing Solutions app on your iOS or Android phone to scan with the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
