Hi lorinewmom,

As I understand that your printer MG6220 printer is not able to scan into your Mac.

Kindly advise what is your computer Mac version?

To check your version, follow the steps below.

1) Click on the "Apple" logo on the top left of your computer

2) Select "About this Mac"

3) Your mac version should begin with (10.0.0)

Kindly also advise how are you connected to the printer? via USB Cable? or Wireless?
