    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma MG5420 is on, bluetooth activated. My HP laptop recognizes the printer when in Control Panel--&amp;gt;Hardware &amp;amp; Sound--&amp;gt;Devices and Printer--&amp;gt;Add a Device (only printer in the entire office), but when I hit next, it immediately pops up with error code 0x80070005. Says contact device manufacturer for assistance. Pls. help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOTE: I AM noticing it comes up as an MG5400 instead of the 5420. There are no 5400's in the office at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
