If it is getting an error msg such as U162, I have come across a trick that resets the printer. Don't know if it helps anyone else but it has helped me out of a jam several times with this printer.

1. Hold the stop button until the yellow light stops flashing.

2. Hit "copy" 6 times (6 beeps).

3. Press "black", then "scan" and press "color" then "scan".

Worth a try.

Right now this is not working for me. My blue wifi lights will not even light up. I am using a bluetooth dongle to print with my laptop, it works, but I would prefer the wifi so that others in my house could also use the printer, since they do not have bluetooth on their laptop, they can't use it unless they plug in directly.
