    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SEAV,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That error will point to a problem with the Mac connecting to the printer's IPV6 address. In this situation, you can try turning the printer's IPV6 setting off using the steps in the link &lt;A target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. Once ipv6 has been turned off, you can turn the printer off and on and then you can try scanning again. You might have to restart the Mac as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?       <title>Is TR4500 compatible with Apple BigSur to scan?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my operating system to BigSur and can now only print from my Macbook Pro to TR4500. When I try to scan I get an error saying- failed to open a connection - 21345.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reinstalled the latest TR4500 software. I can still scan from another Apple device that has Catolina operating system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
