Canon MX 920 Series

We got a new modem for our internet. I am trying to connect the printer to it. I go through the setup, but when i hit "OK" for my modem it does not give me the screen to enter the passcode. Just out of curiosity I tried the other modems on the list and they all went to the passcode screen. Any suggestions?

What OS are you using the printer with PC or MAC?

Are you using the MX920's installation software to configure its wireless connection?

If you are attempting Wi-Fi Protected Set Up, are you sure your new modem/router supports this function?
