      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to print from a Pixma MG5300, it is pretty old, but works well usually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is connected successfully on the router of someone I am trying to help out, I can see the printer in Windows Networks, connect to it from the laptop, aswell as access it from Google Chrome, but when I print to it, just a test page, it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;immediately gives an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As usual, I restarted the router and printer, a few times, but still no results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer itself, does not show any messages or info on-screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps someone had this problem before and can give me a hint on how to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for your time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks, I am working on Windows 10 64bit Version 20H2, but I did also get a solution, just installed the Canon MJ app that is found on the website, seems like the problem is with the build in WSD driver of Windows.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you also for the response. Do appreciate it.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
