    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the printer set up for wireless connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a desktop, operating Windows 10. When I print for here, it works pefectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have a laptop, operating on Windows 10, and when I print from here, it prints painfully slow.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run the IJ network tool on both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both giove me the same result of Signal strength 83 and link of 100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two computers are about the same distance from the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi robroy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There may be too many programs running in the background causing this to occur.&amp;nbsp; Please close those programs and attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
