Elph 330 communication error to e-mail (worked OK 2 days ago). Wifi communication to phone is OK

My daughter id traveling with Elph 330 in south America. We made all the setup using CameraWindow (CIG, Facebook, E-mail) before she left and 3 days ago she could send pictures by e-mail using the camera's wifi.

However after one day she started getting messages of communication errors to the server and she cannot access any more the Canon Image Gatewy. Wifi is OK - she can transfer pictures to her phone. She doesn't have a PC and the software to setup the camera again with CameraWindow. Any idea for solution?
