    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi tmcrowley,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalling the printer drivers on your Mac should resolve the printer offline error.&amp;nbsp; The updated drivers for the printer can be downloaded from the Canon USA website here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx432#DriversAndSoftware"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx432#DriversAndSoftware&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once on the download page for your model, please do the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Verify that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop-down menu is correct, and if it is not, please click the drop-down menu to select your operating system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Next, please click on the red arrow next to the "DRIVERS" section and click on the MINI MASTER SETUP file.&amp;nbsp; When you do, another page will appear giving details of the file you are about to download will appear. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Please scroll down on the Details page and agree to the terms of the disclaimer message to continue with the download process by clicking on the "I AGREE - BEGIN DOWNLOAD" button.&amp;nbsp; After clicking the "I AGREE - BEGIN DOWNLOAD" button, follow the instructions to download and install the driver.&amp;nbsp; The time for the download process may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We also have a wireless setup guide available on our website that can assist you with setting up the printer wirelessly.&amp;nbsp; To view the guide, please click on the link below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_self" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/CUSA/assets/app/pdf/wireless/setup_MX432_Mac.pdf"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/CUSA/assets/app/pdf/wireless/setup_MX432_Mac.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <title>Canon wireless MX430 offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MacBook Air (OS 10.8.5). My printer was working fine, but recently went offline due to a power surge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a CD drive and am wondering if I need to reinstall the printer and if so, how do I find the software online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tricia&lt;/P&gt;</description>
