Now it reads offline and no amount of trouble shooting has helped. It does print from my Dell laptop (that's in the living room) that is running Vista in the living room but from my Windows 7 = 64bit operating system, it just keeps reading offline, I have deleted the printer, and reset the router, and then reinstalled the printer and it actually printed a test page, but soon as I try to print something else from the computer it says printer offline. SO FRUSTRATING.
