Canon Pixma MG3200 won't let me print from my phone?

I just recently bought this printer and have been trying to print documents and photos from my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it is telling me that the printer does not support my device. Help???

Hello,

You are able to print with the free Easy-PhotoPrint app, which is compatible with Android devices running Android OS 1.6 or later. Please try using this app and let us know if the problem persists.

I am having the same problem. Though I have a samsung galaxy s3. I downloaded the Canon easy photoprint app but I am still unable to print a document. It only lets me to print from images. I was on a cooking website and I needed a printout of the recipe but no matter what I did keep.getting this same error message your printer may not support your device. Please let me know what I can do to essol

Hi tracytomberlin,

The Canon Easy-PhotoPrint app is not designed to print web pages, documents and emails; as a workaround, if you are able to take a screenshot of the webpage, document or email that you have available and save it as an image file, you would then be able to print it using the Easy-PhotoPrint app.
