Have had the all in 1 printer for 2-3 years now. No problems until recently. Started looking into this because suddenly can't scan -- there's no reason; no change to PC's or network, etc. Bitdefender is the only app downloaded. Realized then couldn't print either; communication lost. Weird. Don't print but occasionally; probably scan more than print. I reinstalled driver from website and Solution EX. Still no communication but after hours of working on, I got communication and can print. But I have no Scan capability -- it's not even an option on the menu. What now? I don't want nor have the time to spend hours figuring this out on my own, and I'm not an IT person. What do I need to do to get scanning capability back?
