    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MX922 printer which I am using via a wireless connection with my HP PC running Windows 10. &amp;nbsp;Previously I used Windows 7 but upgraded to Windows 10 about 5 weeks ago. &amp;nbsp;After "upgrading" to Windows 10 I began to have intermittent problems printing. The message that I receive on my computer was that the printer was in an "error state" &amp;nbsp;Every time I try to print, the job goes into the print queue but nothing prints. &amp;nbsp;I have tried to turn the printer off and then on again. I have restarted my computer. &amp;nbsp;Nothing seems to help. &amp;nbsp;Shall I reboot the modem or the wireless router? &amp;nbsp;Shall I re-pair the printer and the router? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Do I need a new driver for Win 10 and this printer? &amp;nbsp;If so where do I get it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is W10 driver:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mx-series-inkjet/mx922" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mx-series-inkjet/mx922&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting modem and router only take a minute or two and won't do any harm, so I always do that when wifi seems to be acting up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response. &amp;nbsp;I downloaded from the web a new driver for the printer. &amp;nbsp;Didn't help. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I then decided to bite the bullet and purchase a brand new set of 5 Canon ink cartridges directly from Canon. &amp;nbsp;I replaced ALL cartridges with this new set, rebooted the printer and held my breath. &amp;nbsp;Voila! &amp;nbsp;All cartridges are recognized and showing full and Everything is now working. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
