    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer had functioned properly for some time and now it cannot be found on my network (wireless). &amp;nbsp;Reinstalled printer and software, reset network connections, nothing works. &amp;nbsp;WLAN setup says that printer is connected to the access point, but is not seen on the network. &amp;nbsp;Frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.&amp;nbsp; If your router uses both 5.0 and 2.4 GHz frequency bands, you will have to connect the computer to the 2.4 GHz network in order to access the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
