    <description>&lt;P&gt;The title pretty much says it all.&amp;nbsp; We have two computers on a home network.&amp;nbsp; The Pixma used to respond to both.&amp;nbsp; Now it responds to one computer, but not to the other.&amp;nbsp; It gets a message saying the printer is not responding.&amp;nbsp; It's not a cable problem because it responds to one computer on the network.&amp;nbsp; Help, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the computer is connected to the same network as the printer. &amp;nbsp;It is likely that it is on a different network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you use a VPN, disconnect from the VPN to remain on your local network in order to access the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If additional assistance is needed, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
