      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;I can print using my IPad but can not print using my laptops . &amp;nbsp;This has just happened . We had no problem printing prior to tonight . The message says another computer is in use . This is not true . What can we do ?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
