topic mf217w stuck at processing/data in Printer Software & Networking

My mf217w used to work when i try to airprint from all my ios devices.

But now it stopped working, status kept showing "printing" forever, the processing/data kept blinking.

Ive checked the photocopying function still working.

firmware updated, initialised all settings, router reboot. Ive tried pretty much everything.

Is there any trick i can do? It seems so wasteful to replace a new one because of this stuipid issue. Every function works like a charm except the wireless printing, which happens to be necessary for me.

Hi stevenc9.

If the printer is reporting as connected to the router, make sure the iPhones/iPads are on the standard 2.4 GHz wifi. If you wish to test whether the network is allowing the printer and phones to communicate, try connecting to the printer's Remote UI using a browser on one of the phones.

If this answered your question, please click the Accept as Solution button, so others might find the answer.
