MG2545S not found on Wifi

Hi All

Please help. I'm desperately trying to connect my mg2545S printer to my wifi network. I am trying to print via the canon print app but get stuck at regerstration page as the printer is not found. This is via my andriod phone. Help

I wasn't able to reach the canon europe or middle east sites for your printer, maybe they are down for maintenance.

The printer can only connect to a 2.4Ghz broadcast. Is your wireless dual band and using one SSID for both 2.4/5G broadcasts?
