Connecting to Verizon Jetpack

I am trying to use my printer with a different access point. Working from home using a Canon MG2922 and my internet access is a Verizon Jetpack. I cannot get my printer loaded with this access. When I do the download, I select the JetPack and do a "redetect" and it tells me it cannot locate it.

What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
Using the steps provided HERE, print a network page and let us know what it shows for the connection, SSID, signal strenght and IP address.
