      <title>TS8222 not asking for Wi-Fi password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect my printer to the Wi-Fi. &amp;nbsp;I found this post&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Wireless-Networking/My-printer-won-t-prompt-for-a-password/m-p/282838/highlight/true#M7138" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Wireless-Networking/My-printer-won-t-prompt-for-a-password/m-p/282838/highlight/true#M7138&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the printer Home screen I tap the wired symbol at the bottom left (has a red X).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap Wi-Fi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap Wi-Fi setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap Manual connect&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap router name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;connecting to the wireless router ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Failed to&amp;nbsp;connect to the wireless router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have powered off/on the router and printer, have Reset all on printer. &amp;nbsp;The router is a cable modem from our internet provider,&amp;nbsp;CODA-4582-RES, I can access the modem setup. &amp;nbsp;All computers, tablets, and phones have no trouble connecting, but they all ask for a password. &amp;nbsp;Can connect from Windows PC via USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
