I had a new intenet service and router installed, it connectes to everything (phones, tablets, laptop) but will not connect to the printer. When I printed the Network Config Page it still shows the old SSID. How can I remove the old SSID?

Greetings,

The MG3620 is tricky as it doesn't have any display to help you see where changes might be needed. I recommend running the set up again to configure a new SSID and password.

Note, the printer will only connect to a 2.4 Ghz broadcast, so if you are using a dual or tri-band router and are using the same SSID name (SMART Connect) or similar feature, the printer may not associate with the correct radio or broadcast. Recommend you give each broadcast its one unique name.

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/mg-series-inkjet/pixma-mg3620/pixma-mg3620?tab=wirelesshelp

For reference, please refer to my previous post here. It demonstrates tri-band connection and recommendations:

https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Wireless-Networking/MX920-won-t-connect-to-wifi-is-5g-is-enabled-on-router/m-p/294427#M7486
